The area visits for our area are still pending.  Hence, you are requested to confirm your  convenient time to help me complete the area visits. 

Please let me know the time I can visit your club to take your inputs regarding the club status and challenges.  You may fix any time between 9 am to 5 pm on 23rd and 24th of April viz. this Thursday and Friday.
