On behalf of the Toastmaster of the day, I cordially invite you all for the Joint Meeting of the "506th Meeting of TMCP and 214th Meeting of TMCP-North East"

Theme : "Light to Enlighten"

Date: 03-November-2018 (Saturday)

Time: 05:00 PM - 07:30 PM

Dress Code: Business Formals

NOT ALLOWED:  Bermudas, Jeans, Capri, Chinos, T-shirts, Slippers, Sandals, Sports Shoes, and other casual wear.

Collection of Contributions/Fines

1. The meeting will be followed by tea and snacks for all, sponsored by members who walk in late, those in casuals, by those whose phones and other gadgets ring.

2. Contribution for punctuality is applicable to members only.

3. Dress code and cell phone manners are applicable to everyone including non-members/guests.

Important Note 

-  I request all assignees/role players to be present at the venue by  4:30pm.

- All the assignees/role players are requested to bring their manuals (Communication and Leadership) or Evaluation Resources to the meeting to have them filled by their evaluators for the project they are completing. This will enable them to reach their target of becoming a Competent / Advanced Communicator or Leader/ Pathways Proficient.
