I'm honoured to be the TMOD for the 350th Chapter Meeting of Toastmasters Club of Pune. 

The theme is 

" Celebrations : Around The World "

We, being Indians, have a reason to celebrate for any occasion, however small or big the milestone may be. 

HOW ARE WE CELEBRATING?

1) Agenda of the meeting is attached to this email. 😊

2) To make this meeting special, we have a special Education Session by none other than our own President HEMANG MANDREKAR! 😇

3) I request all members to bring some faraal and sweets to distribute during the break or after the meeting. 😀

Formals/Semi formals. Please ask guests you have invited to follow this dress code.

Try to come in ethnic/traditional wear for this meeting since we’re celebrating a special occasion!

NOTE:

Bermudas, Jeans, Capri, Chinos, T-shirts, Slippers, Sandals, Sports Shoes & other casual wear are NOT ALLOWED.

 I request all assignees to be present at the venue by 4:30 for a briefing and guests to be present by 4:45

 Prepared speakers and assignees;

Kindly bring your manuals to the meeting (Communication and Leadership) to have them filled by your evaluators for the project you are completing. This will enable you to reach your target of becoming a Competent/Advanced Communicator and Leader.

 

Collection of Contributions/Fines:

1. The meeting will be followed by tea and snacks for all, sponsored by members who walk in late, those in casuals, by those whose phones and other gadgets ring and by the winners of the four ribbons - best speaker, best evaluator, best table topics speaker and best role player.

2. Contribution for punctuality is applicable to members only.

3. Dress code and cell phone manners are applicable to everyone including non-members/guests.
