Dear Toastmasters,

The mother of the all Community TM Clubs in Pune, (Toastmasters Club of Pune) will be celebrating the 11th Anniversary this Saturday and privileged to invite all the Toastmasters and Guests for this celebration meeting.

Distinguished Toastmasters (a.k.a DTM) has been the Dream Title for many Toastmasters and achieving that is considered to be excelling the journey of Toastmasters.

You might have seen meetings like Ice-breaker-Speech Marathons (all the Prepared Speeches are Ice Breaker Speeches), but have you ever witnessed a meeting with all the Role Players as DTMs?

If not, please do not miss this.

I am Nagappan Palaniappan, your host for the 522nd Chapter Meeting (11th Anniversary Meeting) of the Toastmasters Club of Pune. 

I cordially invite you for this special meeting of fun & learning at TMCP.

The major attractions are

1. DTM night where all the speakers, evaluators, role players will be DTMs.  

2. Inspirational Keynote by DTM Subramaniam Chittur --the Founder of Toastmasters in India.

No registration cost for this meeting, but it will help us immensely if you can confirm either way to make logistical arrangements.

Dress Code: Strictly Formals only 

NOT ALLOWED:  Bermudas, Jeans, Capri, Chinos, T-shirts, Slippers, Sandals, Sports Shoes, and other casual wear.

Collection of Contributions/Fines

1. The meeting will be followed by tea and snacks for all, sponsored by members who walk in late, those in casuals and by those whose phones and other gadgets ring.

2. Contribution/fine for punctuality is applicable to members only.

3. Cell phone manners/dress code should be followed by everyone including non-members/guests. 

 

Important Note 

 

-  I request all assignee/role players to be present at the venue by 4:00 pm.

- All the assignee/role players are requested to bring their manuals to the meeting if applicable(members pursuing the old education track - CC, CL, Advanced manuals) to have them filled by their evaluators for the project they are completing. This will enable them to reach their target of becoming a Competent / Advanced Communicator and Leader.*
