Dear Toastmasters,
I cordially invite you all to the 5th meeting of Baner Toastmasters Club.
Date: 18th June,2016, Saturday
Venue: DIMR, SKP Campus, Balewadi, Pune
Time: 5.00 PM to 7:15 PM.
Theme: STORIES
Please find attached the meeting agenda and map to reach venue for your reference.
Dress Code: Formals/Semi-formals
Note: Bermuda, Jeans, T-shirts, Slippers and other casual wear are NOT ALLOWED.
Request all the Role takers to be present at the venue by 4:30 P.M. for briefing regarding the roles.
A) Please remember to bring your manuals to the meeting. (Both Communication and Leadership) This will help in getting your projects/roles evaluated and will put you on the track towards becoming a Competent Communicator or Competent Leader.
B) Post-meeting Fellowship:
1. The meeting will be followed by fellowship at IDC (Idli Dosa Coffee), sponsored by the members who walk in late &/or in casual dress and the winners of the four ribbons for best speakers in each category as well as those who take calls during the meeting or allow their cell phones/any gadgets to make any sound.
2. Contribution for punctuality is applicable only for members.
3. The dress code and cell phone manners are applicable to everyone including non-members / guests.
We will be conducting elections of the executive committee members after the meeting is over. I request all members of the Baner Toastmasters Club to attend the elections as we require a quorum.
