New Toadhollow Email List

Hi Toads,

As many of you may have heard our existing e-mail list is "full" (over-full really) and we cannot add any new members to it. To solve this we are going to move the email list to Yahoo! Groups. They don't seem to have number of subscriber restrictions and their mailing list features are similar to what we have today. You don't have to be a Yahoo user to receive the group emails but if you already are (or want to be), you can sign-up/login and browse all of the Group's messages on a website and use some other advanced features (such as file uploads and calendars). Again, not necessary.

Anyway, over the next few days everyone will receive an invitation from "Yahoo! Groups Invitation" asking you to join our new mailing list (named "toadhollowmembers"). You will need to click a link in the email in order to join. The invite should look something like this:

Click the "Join this group" link and you will then be sent to a webpage with one more link to "Join the Group" or as an alternate option "Join the mailing list instead". Most of you will likely want to select Join the mailing list instead option ("Join the Group" will ask you to either login with or create a Yahoo account). After clicking one of those links, you should see a page like this and you should be set to receive the list emails.
