Con/em xin được gửi ra một ít thông tin về văn nghệ của Đại Hội Hiệp Sĩ vào tháng 7.

I have to get this info to Tr. Nhung (Trưởng Ban Văn Nghệ ĐHHS) by 6/27. Tr. Nhung told me that a lot of other Doan are interested in performing for the talent show but cannot do so because they've reached the maximum amount of performances. Please get back to me ASAP in order for the spot to be reserved for you. You can check below to see the order of the talent showand when your Doan will be performing.
Thank you các Trưởng for helping các em Hiệp Sĩ throughout these last few months in preparing to show their talent and Doan/Mien pride with everyone in Phong Trao. I hope to hear from you soon :)

Below are the items need your attention and action. I apologize ahead for the lengthy email.
1) We are in the process of arranging sound for your performances so for the performances that need the follow items, please respond to me using the below template by 6/27/12.
These are available for your use: Project/projector screen, microphone, laptop

ATTENTION: Đoàn TMT, Miền Tây & Đoàn Xaviê Cần, Miền Tây Bắc: please bring your own instruments and chords because we won't have them for you.
ALL REQUESTS NEED TO SUBMIT BY JUNE 27, 2012. It is mandatory that BVN have these information on hand to avoid last minute issues. Please also bring your own copies (music/files) to the convention. We will use them for backup.
3) Here is the order of appearance for the talent show. This does not include performances from Đại Hội band. I will send you a final program after June 27, 2012.
4) For the highlighted Đoàn & Anrê Dũng Lạc/Thánh Gia, please send me your performance details by Wed 6/20/12.
Please let me know if you have any questions!! There will be prizes for top 3. Can't wait to see everyone's performances!!!!!
