Hi Team,
Do all of you have a story from the ride? I know I have one.
Before everyone forgets about last Saturday, how are you feeling? Try to do a self analysis about your ride. Feeling great? Really tired? Sore? Did you wear sunscreen? Did you eat enough? Drink enough? Did you go too hard in the morning and didn't leave enough for the third loop?
If you rode well, think back at what you did before and during the ride. What did you eat for breakfast? What did you eat/drink during the ride? How much? What did you eat for dinner on Friday night? What did you do during the week?
If you had some problems, think back as well. Sick? Too much work travel? Too much work? Not enough hill repeats? Not enough training? Forgot something because you were scrambling in the morning? Ate enough but maybe not the right food?
Try to think about your ride. Think about what you did if you had a good ride or if you didn't have a good ride what you would change. Remember, you know yourself best.
If you need some advice, PLEASE ASK YOUR COACH OR MENTOR.
