ELECTRICAL ENGG (MEP)	QR5000 -QR6000	BS Electrical Engineer with minimum 5+ years work experienced  from GCC countries preferrably with on-site experienced on troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems (Panel board LV & MV).  With know how in complying all safety measures at site.
MECHANICAL ENGG ( HVAC ENGG)	QR5000-QR6000	BS Mechanical Engineer with minimum 5+ years work experienced from GCC countries preferrably with on-site experienced on troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.  Complete knowledge in installation of chiller systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), ventilation systems and BMS.  Chilled water treatment procedures knowledge is an added adavantage.
HVAC TECHNICIAN	QR1800-QR 2000	Qaulified HVAC Technician with atleast 5+ years experienced from GCC countries.  Must have an on- site experience in installation of HVAC units and maintainance of aircondiditoning systems for chillers, AHUs and package units, etc.
INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN	QR 1600-QR1800	Qaulified Instrumentation Technician with minimum 5+ years experience from GCC countries.   Must have an on- site experience in moperation maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic control systems, electronic score board, BMS, etc.  Capability to draw Control Diagrams and knowledge in Assemble Control Panels will be an added advantage.
ACCOUNTS CLERK	QR 5000	Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accountancy with 5+ years relevant experienced in the same field.   Can independently supervise and handle daily documemtations and follow-ups General Accounting tasks, like consolidation of Petty cash, Payables, Receivables, Sales & Purchases invoices, Periodic reports and other similar/related documents.  He/She will be coordinating with Accounts department to settle accounts records on timely manner.Computer literacy is a must.
FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR (MAXIMO OPERATOR)	NEGOTIABLE	Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent, with 5+ years relevant experienced in Administrative works with know how in CMMS Programme (Maximo CMMS preferred).  Candidate must be fluent in using computer applications.  With very good communication and coordination skills and able to work well under pressure.  Able to work independently or under least supervision.
