to TNT-Tree Analysis using New Technology
Hi all,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am interested in using TNT on a Raspberry Pi running Ubuntu (ARM architecture) for phylogenetic analyses. I noticed that the available downloads on the TNT website are mainly for Windows, macOS, and Linux (x86). Before I proceed, I would like to ask:

  • Is it possible to compile and run TNT on a Raspberry Pi (ARM/Linux)?

  • If so, is there a source code version or specific instructions available that would allow compilation on ARM devices?

My main goal is to run relatively lightweight analyses on a portable, low-power device, so performance is not a major concern.

Thank you very much for your time and for developing and maintaining TNT. I look forward to your guidance.

Best regards,
