From what I understand when I calculate a Bremer support and it shows up as a number followed by a question mark it means that not enough replicas have been run to calculate the value, is this true?
I seem to be able to correct the question marks in most cases by running more repetitions, but I never seem to be able to run enough to get the question mark out of the value for the node at the root. Anybody knows if what I am saying is correct? and how to not have the question mark at the first node?

Thanks

Hi Mariangeles, it is because the root branch is never collapsed. It is not really a clade, it just shows where you decided to root the analysis. Cheers, Martin
