Error message when doing iterpcr.run script

Hi everyone- 

I keep getting the same error when I try to run iterpcr. 

"Unknown command: act

Error reading line 37 of \blah\blahblah\...iterpcr.run

act +  prune count +  br"

but if I go to line 37 of the script, the script line actually says 

"short %1.ctf;"

Hi Carly,

to calculate PCR  index (Pol & Escapa 2009) you can now use the command tcomp (see help in TNT)
