Hi Everyone:

Belonging to a CSA is a great way to support your local farmer and keep all
of your food dollars in Tennessee. On average, when you shop at Kroger,
your food travels 1500 miles to get to your table and NINE cents of your
dollar goes to the farmer... if you by from us the farmer recieves over
FIFTY cents of every dollar and you get a much better tasting, fresher and
healthier product.

Avalon Acres CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a partnership of over
50 family farms. We are a Christian company that prides itself on being a
responsible steward of this earth. We are focused on raising animals with
no extra junk in minimally confined settings and with respect and dignity
and humane treatment. Our veggies are all raised locally with an emphasis
on sustainable growing methods with minimal pesticide use. Anna Troyer
(our Amish baker) and her daughters provide our Amish baked goods and they
are absolutley amazing. We have both a blog and friendly, personal customer
service to help you prepare your food so you get the most out of the
program.

All the details are in the attached registration form. The Summer schedule
will start on Sunday, May 2nd and Wed, May 5th and will run for 26
deliveries every week with no breaks. This will wrap up the season in late
October. We deliver to a wide variety of locations in and around Nashville,
including the East Nashville area, Murfreesboro and Springhill. You can
also check us out on the web at www.avalon-acres.com and download all your
registration materials there. There you will also find the also a
Frequently Asked Questions page and PDF document.

Angel Tanner, the best customer service person in the world, is ready to
help you with any questions. Her e-mail is an...@avalon-acres.com . You
can also call her at 931.628.3938 if you prefer to speak with a human being.

Please make your food dollar count by supporting local growers and enjoy
good food while knowing you are making a real difference in peoples lives.

Thanks,

Tim Bodnar
