Applying for membership

When you first visit this forum you will only be able to view the
posts others have left and a few other options, such as read "About
this group" over on the right in the green patch. Next to this line on
the right you will see another line that says "Request membership".
Click it.

If you have a gmail address already, you can log on to your gmail
account and then
skip the next paragraph. If you are already logged in to your gmail
account you should go directly to the page described in that
paragraph.

If you don't have a gmail account, you should click "Create Account"
when you see the login section. Enter your usual email, pick a
password and then a "Nick Name" you'll use on the Forum. Then figure
out the swirly letters (that make sure you are not a computer) and
click the button at the bottom.

You will see a new screen with some explanations and at the bottom a
window with a question above it designed to see if you really are a
person from Door County, or some Boogravian terrorist trying to
infiltrate our group (or, more likely, some porno evangelist).

Just give your best answer and and click the submit button at the
bottom. It will be reviewed by a real person who will recognize who
you are and give you the thumbs up, probably within a day.

From then on you will be able to post messages
