Dear All,

Following are the Profile details of Campus Placement Program by MindfireSolutions to held on 21^st March 2011.

The eligibility criteria is as follows :

1. BE/B.Tech/MCA candidates having 65% marks throughout career with exemption in any one exam.

2. For Graduation candidates (B.E / B.Tech) the branches/streams eligible are Information technology, Computer science, Electronics only.

Requisite Skills :

• Sharp minds, strong fundamentals in computers.
• Ability to learn, attitude to win.
• Excellent analytical skills and a desire to excel.
• Ability to work in a heterogeneous environment.  

 

Compensation:

 

Selected candidates will draw a gross salary of Rs 20,000 per month. The in-hand salary will be the net amount resulting after the tax deductions, as applicable, on the gross amount.

Apart from this they will also be eligible for a Success Sharing Bonus of Rs 10,000. This is an annual payout and is entirely based on Individual, Team and Organization performance.

We also have other components to our offer amounting to Rs 24,000 p.a.

The net CTC is Rs 3,08,300. The exact break up will be shared with the selected candidates.
