Dear Sir,

Greetings!!!

This is to inform you that we have started the Batching process for the
students of 2011 batch of your Institute. The list is appended below for
your reference.

Students who have not accepted the offer are not batched.

Please inform the students that they need to have the mark sheets of all
Semesters during their ILP. In case the mark sheets have not come from the
University, the students at-least need to have their Course Completion
Certificate without any fail and final semester mark sheet on the first day
of their Joining date. It is equally important that their Viva
Voice/Thesis/or any other pending exams are completed before the ILP Date.
