Eligibility Criteria
· Minimum 60% aggregate throughout engineering
· No year drop during the entire engineering program
Key Responsibilities:
Production:
• Assist in daily production activities and ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Maintain production equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Maintenance:
• Support maintenance activities to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal condition.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and address breakdowns.
• Document maintenance activities and update maintenance records.
• Assist in the implementation of maintenance improvement initiatives.
Quality:
• Conduct quality inspections and tests on products and processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Identify quality issues and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and prepare reports for management.
