Job Description:
Our sales teams are competitive, compassionate, energetic and customer-centric. The MedTech Sales Internship Program provides well-qualified college students a unique opportunity to learn the roles, responsibilities, and impact of a MedTech sales professional by working alongside and learning directly from them.
Interns will have the opportunity to be considered for full-time positions in our Sales Organization upon graduation. Decisions for full-time positions will be based on internship performance.
Candidate Profile:
· BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or BE/B.Tech in Biotechnology from the batches of 2025 or 2026
· Should be available for a full-time internship from End of April 2026 to End of October 2026 and for a full-time role from End of October 2026, if selected after the internship.
Stipend: INR 37,500/- per month
(Post completion of the internship period, the CTC and other employment details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.)
Key Responsibilities:
· Learn the basic roles and responsibilities of a sales professional by shadowing the MedTech sales team in the assigned territory.
· Assist with activities like assembling and breaking down instrument kits, preparing products for surgery, and creating sales plans.
· By the end of the internship, demonstrate the knowledge and capabilities required to be a successful, entry-level sales professional.
