Requirement Summary

We intend to hire fresh engineering graduates who have strong technical fundamentals and interest in industrial maintenance, automation, and manufacturing systems.

Department: Cell Maintenance
Positions: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Qualification:

• B. Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
  Passing Year: 2025 Batch (or as applicable)

Key Responsibilities for Selected Candidates

• Preventive & breakdown maintenance of cell production equipment
• Handling automation systems, conveyors, robots, and utilities
• Monitoring machine performance & supporting continuous improvement
• Ensuring safety standards and documentation compliance
• Supporting production team during shift operations

Skills Expected

• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical maintenance
• Knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, drives (preferred)
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shift operations (24×7 manufacturing)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary will be offered as per industry standards and aligned with company policy. Additional benefits include PF, ESI, subsidized canteen, shift allowance, and transportation.
