NxtWave Edge – Student Journey Overview

1. Proctored On-Campus Assessment 

NxtWave conducts a fully proctored, standardized assessment on the campus.

2. Shortlisting by NxtWave

Based on the assessment performance, NxtWave prepares an initial shortlist of eligible candidates.

3. Interview Process by NxtWave (Round 1 & Round 2)

Students shortlisted in the initial stage will undergo two rounds of interviews conducted by NxtWave. These interviews are designed to evaluate technical skills, problem-solving ability, and overall readiness, leading to the final selection of candidates.

4. Adding Students to the Placement Pool

Final shortlisted students are added to the NxtWave Placement Pool, where they gain access to curated opportunities from our premium hiring partners.

5. Student Application & Company-Specific Process

Students can apply to roles they are interested in.
Each company follows its own selection process, which may vary.

6. Final Offer

Students who clear the hiring partner’s process receive offer letters directly from the respective companies.

• Roles: Forward Deployed Engineer
• Primary Skills: Any programming knowledge, Understanding AI, Excellent communication 
• Hiring: Internship + Full Time for 2026
• Educational Qualification: 2026 graduates from CS/IT/AIML/ECE Backgrounds
• Full Time CTC: 16 LPA 
• Internship Stipend: 35000 - 40000 per month for 6 months

• Roles: Data Science Intern
• Primary Skills: Python
• Hiring: Internship + Full Time for 2026
