Job Title: No-Code Growth & Automation Intern

Company: StepSetGo / Revmax Technologies
Duration: 3-6 Months 

Stipend: 15000-25000 per month

Location: Hybrid (West Delhi Office once a week)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused intern who can work with data and build WhatsApp-led growth journeys using no-code tools. You’ll help design lead qualification, nurturing, and AI-assisted sales conversion flows.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze user data (CSV, Sheets, CRM exports) to create segments

• Build WhatsApp campaigns using tools like Aisensy or Gupshup

• Design lead qualification journeys (2-way conversational flows)

• Create lead nurturing sequences (drip messaging & follow-ups)

• Support WhatsApp/AI-agent-based calling flows for sales conversion

• Set up automations using no-code tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)

• Route qualified leads to calling AI agents / sales team

• Track responses and optimize conversion funnels

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data

• Clear, concise, conversion-focused writing

• Interest in growth, automation, and sales funnels

• High ownership & execution speed

Please be informed that the selection process includes assignment submission and then interview. Assignments will be shared over email shortly. The whole process will be remote. The deadline of submission of assignments will be 17th March for now.
