Selection Process
- Group Discussion Round
Evaluation of communication skills, teamwork, clarity of thought, and idea presentation, with emphasis on client communication. - Technical / Coding Round
Assessment of programming fundamentals, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. - Final HR Round
Evaluation of communication skills, readiness for work-from-home roles, adaptability to night shifts (US shift), professional attitude, career alignment, and cultural fit.

Eligibility Criteria
- Engineering students from the 2026 batch

- Frontend Development: React
- Backend Development: Proficiency in any one backend programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
