Through this initiative, we seek to identify exceptional talent for our specialized technical roles: Specialist Programmer (Trainee) and Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee).   Our Compensation Structure: ·       Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee): INR 21 LPA ·       Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee): INR 16 LPA, ·       Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus ·       Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee): INR 6.25 LPA + INR 75,000 Joining Bonus     Recruitment Format: The assessment process will be conducted in two stages: Round 1: Virtual Assessment This round will be conducted online to evaluate candidates remotely. Round 2: In-Person Assessment and Interview Candidates shortlisted from Round 1 will be required to attend an in-person assessment at designated centres. This will be followed by an in-person interview.
