Greetings from the LOC AIOC 2018 Coimbatore.
The arrangements for the 76th AIOC scheduled to be held at Codissia Trade Fair Complex, Coimbatore from February 22nd -25th 2018 is going ahead full steam. The PG update is scheduled for February 21st 2018, kindly get in touch with the Scientific
Committee Chairman for details regarding the same.
The list of budget accommodation hotels has been uploaded on the conference website
www.aioc2018.in with the contact numbers of the hotels. Kindly get in touch with the respective hotels and confirm your booking directly with the hotel.
The LOC will be providing shuttle service from these hotels to the venue and back, including hotels in Tirupur, the details of which will be shared with you all by January 2018. To help you serve better,

so that the transportation / shuttle services could be streamlined. Please share this before December 15th 2017.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided to the delegates on all days of the conference including the day of the PG update (Feb. 21st 2018). The inaugural dinner will be on February 22nd 2018 and the banquet on February 23rd 2018.

The last date for booking additional flights at discounted rates is December 31st 2017. Kindly do your flight bookings ASAP to avoid last minute hassles.
