urgent. Help Me. my SL-7500C was killed.

urgent! someone help me. my SL-7500C cannot work.

I made "NAND restore" with SL-C750-ENG-NAND-original-1.0.zip from
http://downloads.conics.net/pda/zaurus-sl-c700/service-menus/.

Then in the service-menus i cannot update my rom. when i press
update(cancel, error check, format) button, the lcd became black.

Worsely, I cannot enter the DM mode to restore my backup DBK.

What should I do?
