IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault... Please help me fix it.

When I launch IE5, I get the following Prompt and I've tried:
Clean System Directory program,
EasyCleaner program,
RegClean by Toni,
F8 safemode defrag, scandisk,
TweakUI,
Replacing deltree win386.swp,
Please help:

If you have your Win 95 disk, you can Re-Install it In Place.

This will fully replace and restore your Explorer.exe
(which seems to be flaking out).
Also, the Registry is a very delicate balance of useless junk,
that Microsoft requires be intact. So be careful with Registry
hacking software.

You are better off editing your Registry manually!!!

always back it up first.
