I have an enduser that I support that has Win95C installed on her computer.
I need to send her a CD to reinstall some components but how can I tell the
version of Windows 95 on the multiple CD's we have without installing it?
i.e.: Is there an ID # or serial # on the CD itself that will tell me this
is version B or C. Any help would be appreciated

Have a look at the part number on the face of the CD

OSR 2.0 is 0796 Part No. 000-45234
OSR 2.1 is 0197 Part No. 000-59944
OSR 2.5 is 1297 Part No. X03-52599.

OSR2 with Plus! has Part No. 000-45236.
OSR 2.5 with Plus! has Part No. X03-56265

Win95a will be mainly date from 7/11/95
