TCPIP reinstall (W95)

Hi,

I have windows 95, one morning i couldn't get on the internet explorer.
I checked my email and it worked fine.
I-m trying to reinstall the TCPIP protocol. I would appreciate some help.
I have W95 version 4.00.950b and I'm not sure about the Win Socket, I
think is version 1 (how to check the version of wsocket?).
