I am wondering how it is that some Internet and Brick and Mortar Tshirt
stores are selling Tshirts with the logos of Beer companies on them. I
can't imagine that these small volume internet guys (who are US based)
wrote each company for express written consent. Plus they could
probably not afford to pay the cost of the usage.
Would using artwork that one made using some beer names in logo form be
a violation of copyright? Like using the busweiser letters and font?
What about using their logo with changes made to it?
Is it a situation where the companies are happy to have others promote
for them and they don't pursue small vendors?
