batch converting .mp3 to midi polyphonic...

Hi All,

I am trying to batch convert .MP3 files to midi polyphonic ringtones.
Doing them one by one will take me forever, if anybody knows how to
batch convert at least 100 at a time, please advise me. (There has to be
a way, with images there are several batch converters, but for this I am
having a difficulty finding one).

Whoever responds, please besides for responding to the group respond to
me directly, in case I don't notify the post in one of the groups.
