クの非武装化が不十分で、武力行動を行うことが出来るようだからという理由のよ
うです。アフガニスタンに、自分勝手な判断でミサイル攻撃をして、世界中の避難
を浴びたことへの反省は、少しも無いようです。

US military units identified if
quick Gulf deployment is needed: DOD

WASHINGTON, Nov 5 (AFP) -US
military units have been identified for
deployment if Washington opts to
take military action against Iraq, but
so far there has been no change in
the disposition of US forces in the
Gulf, the Pentagon said Thursday.
Iraq has dispersed its forces, as it
has in the past, to make them less
vulnerable to air attacks, said
Captain Michael Doubleday, a
Pentagon spokesman.
"There are forces, as you might
imagine, that already have been
identified that could be called into
action and moved to that area, as
well as other areas, that may require
military involvement," Doubleday
said.
"That can be done in a matter of
very few days," he said.
