Start boiling a cup of water, in the meantime measure two and a half teaspoons of unflavored gelatin combined with powdered sugar to make 48 grams total and whisk with two large egg whites with no yolk on slow at first, then high speed until you can turn it up-side down and it stays in the bowel, then add the boiling water and whisk until it puffs up nice and fluffy embodied, make butterscotch pudding as directed, then whish it in with the fluffy mixture and put it into two gram cracker ready to eat pie crusts, in the pie package, and top it off with Reddi-wip whip cream covering the whole pie and then chill it for about two or three hours in the fridge.
