Job description:

Perform Solution design activities and Pre-sales activities to support any Client requirements, meet customer and corporate expectations.

Responsibilities:

·         To provide solutions and involved on Presales activities

·         Apply Technology skills along with Business knowledge

·         Ability to involve on Blue printing and providing Road Map

·         Analyze and document customer business processes

·         Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into Business blueprints ,functional specifications & approach documents

·         Researching and identifying appropriate SAP solutions for business requirements

·         Using past experiences and knowledge of SAP system & related technology for designing complete solution

·         Need to stay abreast & research on technologies and approaches critical to the SAP ISU

·         Contributing to and leading team members through design  & build phase of projects or pursuit solution approach for RFP responses

·         Work with the business analyst to analyze a particular business process or business requirement, and be responsible for the design and coordination of a new solution

Skills:

·         Overall 15+ years of experience

·         Experience in SAP Business By Design

·         Skilled in managing Customer expectations, through a pragmatic approach and customer service oriention

·         Ability to deep dive deep into the product to learn how it works, inside and out 

·         Trained in SAP Business by Design - SDK training on ByD

·         Experience in Creating exceptional functional design specs for developers

·         Experience at gathering requirements and developing value oriented solutions to complex business problems

·         Require a Certification in Project Management Professional

·         Require a Certification in SAP Business ByDesign Consultant

·         Ability to work with multi-location client teams for requirements gathering and designing

·         Skillful at all phases of SDLC, which includes Design, Analysis, Coding, Testing, Code Reviews, Implementation and System Support

·         Should have minimum 2 end to end implementation experience including participation in Business blueprinting  phase of related solutions

·         Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into Business blueprints , system design, functional specifications and system configuration
