Hello,

I would like to know what it takes to be able to bind ctrl+h and ctrl+shift+h to different commands.

It seems that I need extended-keys to be on, that's not enough.

What else do I need on macOS, knowing that I use iTerm2?

Thank you!

You need to bind C-h and C-S-H rather than C-h and C-S-h (it is what iTerm2 sends, not tmux).

Hello Nicholas,

As far as I can tell, I don't need to enable "Report modifiers using CSI u" in iTerm2 profile settings.
This page seems to tell it's needed though: https://github.com/tmux/tmux/wiki/Modifier-Keys#extended-keys

Can you please explain when "Report modifiers using CSI u" is needed please?

Thank you!
