tmux 2.2 released

I've just released tmux 2.2-- you can download it in the usual place on Github:

https://github.com/tmux/tmux/releases/download/2.2/tmux-2.2.tar.gz

Changes are here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/tmux/tmux/master/CHANGES

It's not an exhaustive list, and from previous releases no one seems
to read them. If you need more information, look at the git logs.

Let any packagers know, so they can package this release.

This release (on April 11th) marks my birthday gift to you all! Happy tmuxing!

I love reading change logs so that I can educate myself with what stuff from my tmux conf is now deprecated and what new features might be useful to me.

I follow the git logs on github, but with almost no experience in C, I cannot understand fully. So I rely on the "layman version of changes" in the release logs. I hope you guys keep the motivation to keep the release logs updated with user-facing key changes and new features.
