Hello, I'm currently building a system that restricts what commands
and shell feature the connected users may use, the implementation is
currently based on rbash(but could be others). I would like to ask if
tmux (or screen) is possible to restrict the feature set for security
requirements? If so what keywords should I look for?

Thanks,

No tmux does not provide this, you can attach to a session read-only
but that is all.
