simple gui interface

In few hours I wrote a (very dumb) GUI in wx python:

it completes what I need to use tmsu, that's to say: pick files in my file manager and put onto tags.

With tagdnd you can only:
- Create new tag
- Add tag to files dropped on tags.
- Refresh reload tags.
but with VFS (remove tag from files and tags) everything is GUIed...

Code is a mess but I understand it,
I don't know if I'll have time in future. We'll see.
