Hi everyone,

As you may or may not have noticed, progress on TMSU has been almost nonexistent of late. With summer coming to a close, I hope to have more time to spend on all the issues and requests that have been posted.

I'm also toying with the idea of rewriting TMSU in Rust. This would obviously slow progress down further but would reinvigorate my interest as I'd be learning a new technology and hopefully remove the frustrations I've been feeling with Go of late. Thoughts and concerns on this idea are most welcome.

I'd also like to say thanks to the several people who have donated to the project t recently: it is very much appreciated. I know TMSU is not a very significant piece of software so the fact anyone has felt compelled to give their hard earned money is all the more to be thankful for.

Anyhow that's all I wanted to say. Hopefully the next time will be with a juicy release!
