Following last year’s mileage awards, we intentionally granted an extension period to a few eligible colleagues, with the understanding that they would demonstrate exceptional performance, stronger market impact, and measurable value addition before consideration for confirmation at the start of Q2.

Successfully onboarded key prescribers and KOLs, many of whom have already begun consistent prescribing of our flagship brands.

Expanded market coverage and client base, unlocking new growth opportunities within their territories.

Executed targeted activities and initiatives that have improved brand visibility and strengthened our presence in key facilities.

Maintained strong collaboration and team synergy, contributing positively to overall team performance.

Importantly, each of them has clearly articulated their forward plan and commitment to deliver even greater value upon confirmation of mileage support particularly in scaling prescriber engagement, deepening coverage, and sustaining growth momentum.

Granting mileage at this stage will not only recognize proven performance but will also serve as a strategic investment in high-potential individuals who have already demonstrated their ability to convert support into tangible results.

It will significantly enhance their efficiency in the field, accelerate coverage, and reinforce a performance-driven culture within the team.

Additionally, this decision will send a strong message across the team on merit-based recognition, thereby improving motivation, accountability, and long-term employee retention.

In view of the above, we strongly recommend their approval for mileage confirmation.
