Dear Misheck,

The proposed budget is almost double compared to last year.

Kindly provide a detailed justification for this significant increase, including the rationale behind the aggressive sponsorship, along with a clear ROI plan.

Additionally, please share a comprehensive analysis segmented by Team, Territory, and Market, as per the attached document, by tomorrow.

Thanks & regards,
Shahjahan

Dear Shahjahan,

Thank you for your feedback.

The increase in the proposed budget compared to last year is primarily driven by an increased number of doctors sponsored in the Kenya Association of Physicians (KAP) Conference.

Beyond the cost implication, the strategic intent behind the increased investment is anchored on the positive outcomes observed from our previous engagements.

Over the past period, we have actively engaged key physicians and consultants, encouraging support for our priority products.

Through close monitoring, we have observed a notable increase in interest, with measurable prescription uptake from these doctors.

This validates the effectiveness of our engagement model.

Additionally, consultant coverage has expanded compared to last year, giving us access to a broader and more influential prescriber base.

In line with our strategic shift towards strengthening prescription-driven growth and consultant-led branding, we see this as the right time to deepen our investment in these relationships.

Our approach this year is also more aggressive in onboarding additional products into Tier 1 and ensuring adequate stocking within key facilities, supported by targeted doctor engagement.

ROI Plan:

·       Continuous and structured follow-up with engaged physicians post-conference.

·       Tracking prescription trends and growth across supported brands.

·       Strengthening partnerships with high-potential prescribers to ensure sustained business.

·       Monitoring liquidation patterns linked to conference engagements

·       Expanding product penetration within newly acquired consultant networks.

We are fully committed to ensuring maximum return on this investment through disciplined execution and close performance tracking.

As requested, I have also shared a detailed analysis segmented by Team, Territory, and Market in line with the attached document.

Thank you for your guidance and support.

Regards,

Misheck
