Dear Shahjahan,
With the upcoming launch of Voniza, I would like to share an update on the proposed nationwide rollout plan:
Launch Plan
1 Nairobi A
KNH: Departmental CMEs targeting Gastro fellows, Internal Medicine registrars, and Surgical departments.
Mbagathi & Machakos Level V: CMEs with MOIs and COIs.
Cake-cutting activations at key pharmacies/Wholesalers to drive brand awareness.
2.Nairobi B
Departmental CMEs at Mama Lucy, KUTRRH, and Thika Level V hospitals
3. Mombasa
Departmental CMEs at CGTRH and Port Reitz Referral Hospital
Cake-cutting activities at the five gastro clinics in Mombasa.
3. Eldoret – Kisumu – Kisii
JOOTRH, MTRH, KCRH, and other referral hospitals within the territory
Departmental CMEs targeting healthcare professionals on Gastro rotations
Cake-cutting sessions with select consultants.
4. Mt. Kenya Region
Departmental meetings at MTRH and Nyeri PGH
Cake-cutting engagements with consultants, especially those stocking competing brands
5.Conference Participation

Additionally, we propose participating in the upcoming Gastro Conference scheduled for 16th May 2026 to support product introduction and enhance brand visibility. A silver sponsorship package is recommended. at a cost of 150,000/=
*Key Pre-Launch:*
Requirements To ensure a successful rollout, the following activities should be completed prior to launch:
a) Training of Team Square on Voniza -Scheduled for 8th May
b) Distribution of samples to targeted hospitals for system enlistment- 79 facilities already covered.Ensure that Voniza is listed and that we get repeat orders.
c)Circulation of marketing materials to Team Square Kenya
d)Shelving in at least 15 pharmacies per market by mid-May
Furthermore, we will undertake focused engagement with gastroenterology consultants to position Voniza as the preferred Vonoprazan brand in Kenya. A list of registered gastroenterologists, including contact details, has been attached to support targeted follow-up and comprehensive coverage.
