We currently have the following quantities of short-dated Voniza in stock, which we propose to utilize for brand awareness initiative.

Voniza 10mg: 2,397 units
Voniza 20mg: 2,529 units

I have attached an Excel sheet outlining the proposed sample distribution for your review.

Please arrange for the immediate distribution of the short-expiry Voniza 10mg & 20mg as per the attached list, both to colleagues and the allocated hospitals.

Mish, Makena, and Victor:
Kindly ensure that colleagues are informed to book Voniza against the proposed hospitals attached. These will be invoiced but supplied at no cost.

Please ensure that all sample and hospital distributions are completed by Monday, and that full liquidation is achieved by April, as the products are expiring in June 2026.

Kindly handle this with urgency and extra care.
