Teşekkür ederiz hocam. Çözümde DC yi AB ye paralel alma zorunluluğumuz yok diye düşünüyorum. Nitekim Fırat hocam da aynı mantıkla 29 bulmuş.

C ile D noktalarını çakışık secerseniz  ABC(ABD) dik üçgen olur buradan IABI=30 olur
bu durum dörtgen olma sartını bozduğundan cevap 29 dur...
 
Not: Kesişim noktasına K dersek soylediğim durum IAKI ve IBKI nın max olma durumudur...
