That's why TM never bother to apply ISO.. SUre fail one... If TM can provide
50% of what you subscribe.. it consider fair... but having below 50% par is
beyond anyone tolerence....
Some bother to see the diferent... I couldn't imagine how those people feed
their family by not performing...
Atleast i consume tuak with my own hard money...
Don't worry .. PM in giving promise...
All together now, REBATE!
The best thing he can promise is to break up TM's monopoly. And also
recall Lalu back to KL where his mom will cook him any dish that he
likes to eat.

During weekend..close window bind switch the air cond, play game and
surfing.... Wait till my mum cook good food callout. Get out the room eat
and continued games, surfing then sleep... AT night watch cinema in room and
eat and game and sleep... Until mum said... Go buy some coconut milk...
That's is heaven man....
Where else you can find children staying at home all the time... I meant
staying in room... I remember the time I didn't see my dad for whole 2 week
even we were both in the same house...hehehehe.....
Until that time come... Icrack my butt out to earn some money and wait the

I don't think it's a pun. He needed the money. And he wanted heaven.

So is he going to hang around the Indonesian embassy for 36 hours?
>Their router 219.93.218.177 seems to be dying intermittently.
A few weeks ago, I reported the same problem to TM about this same
router at 219.93.218.177. At that time, traffic to certain sites were
not being routed correctly via this router. The traffic would not
reach the 2nd hop. Traffic to some sites would go through. This
depended on which dynamic IP range you got connected to.
I specifically told TM that the problem was with the router and gave
them the router IP address and told them this had nothing to do with
my own connection.
The 1st support person told me that I could not access certain sites
because maybe my IP was banned. I said this is not the case. Then he
told me that was my dynamic IP address and would change each time I
logged in. I said no, it was the router IP address.
The 2nd support person wanted me to do a tracert. I said that there
was no point since the traffic stops at the 1st hop, then it would be
* (time outs) all the way so there is nothing to see. Plus the fact
that you cannot do a tracert from the Windows command line since I
think TM has disabled tracert responses on their routers (?). So why
ask me to do a tracert which they have disabled?
And they wanted me to tell them which sites I could not access. I kept
telling them it depended on which dynamic IP range I got connected to.
For example, with 218.111.x.x, I may be able to access Yahoo but not
Hotmail. Then with 218.208.x.x, I may be able to access Hotmail now,
but not Yahoo. So there is no correct answer. I guess they needed to
put something in the report, so they put I cannot access Hotmail.
So then when I call to follow-up, they ask me whether I still have
problems accessing Hotmail. And I have to explain all over again...
I got to speak to 2 Level-2 persons who seemed to understand the
problem but did not provide any solution or timeframe for a fix.
Eventually got to the supervisor who did not seem to have a clue what
I was talking about. And then tol me that they would report this to
the Broadband Management Center.
It took TM one week to finally figure out that the router had a
problem and get it fixed.
exactly!
>I'm just amazed that you actually called them and they actually answered
>hehe.
Yes. I am amazed that nowadays there are still people who actually
call up TM-Nut's help desk. Unbelievable!
>I'm just amazed that you actually called them and they actually answered
>hehe.
There are many advantages of calling TM support...
1. Even if you are not so smart, you will feel smarter when you talk
to them.
2. You learn to take deep breaths in and out.
3. You learn how to be patient.
4. You can relieve some stress by raising your voice at them.
5. You realise how important it is not to get high blood pressure.
6. You get to act as a boss for a while telling them what to check and
do.
7. If you work in a support job or provide some service, you learn
what not to do in your line of work and how not to treat your own
customers.
And as a by-product, you may get the problem solved....

thanks!!! for reporting to tmnet.
why is tm using the backup backbone?? is the main backbone (is there
such a thing) link to the outside world down??
very difficult to log into into into msm, gmail is painfully slow, most
international sites are slow to load, for the past few weeks.
local websites are OK.
