Does anyone here have any tricks to get connected to Astro's Customer
Service?

Their phone lines are forever busy and the do not reply to their given
email address of cust...@astro.com.my

Very strange that a money loosing company could be showing such
carelessness.

NO money left to manage all the important points of customer contacts ?
That does happen to companies. They could sell a satelite to raise cash
though

According to my previous experience, they don't reply by email. They
will call you up.

I find they do reply (after some delay) in the evening - which is the only
time I ever need to call them.

They really hate making a site visit though, and will get you to do all
sorts of technical stuff to get the damn thing working again. Worse than
bloody Windows.
