About build on cygwin

to tmlinux

When build in cygwin, the convert-deps does not work ok.

I have never tested in cygwin. Use linux machine to build it.

But there is some bug in the tcs for linux. When build for nohost, it does not work.

Are you sure it is a bug of TCS Linux Edition? Or a bug of Linux kernel of
tmlinux. For TCS bugs, please report it to www.tcshelp.com. For tmlinux
bugs, please submit an issue to http://code.google.com/p/tmlinux/
