Dear Frank: How're you!

How's your back?
"Hit the wall" is my way to deal with the back pain (last time I had was  6+ years ago when I move my luggage in Davis, ready to take the train, & BART to the airport to fly back Taiwan, by the time I took the BART, I had to ask someone to move my luggage and I can hardly walking, so after I check I the flight, I found a big column in the corner, close my eyes (there're must be someone(s) wondering what I's doing ...), hit the wall  for a while till the back pain went through my hip, then down to leg ..., that's it! open my eyes, see the watch, that's about 50 minutes.

No doctor, no medicine no side effects . . .

I made one using the tree at Kendon's backyard, try to do it daily to maintain the good health, I can show you how if you (all)  can come here with Kevin's family around new year (?).

Dear Frank: good to know that you're better.

working too long, non-proper exercise . . . cause many back pains before, but now I'm not afraid of that anymore, especially this time as I'm writing, I have been working on Kendon's back yard for almost 5 months,
8-6 is normal, 8-8 is not unusual, no weekend, no holiday, (but I enjoy it very much), I try to do it (hit the wall) daily especially when I work very hard, such as moving the rocks, pounding the 10-LB hammer ...,

so if possible, let me show you how to, I know it'll help you a lot!

Yes, this July 4th, one of my colleague's brother's family from Taiwan,  want to stay at my home as hub to touring many places in California.  Because my house is very messy, and I feel I needs to clean up my whole house.  So on the July 4th three days break, I clean the whole house, wash all blanket, and clear all front yard and back yard, all three days I worked from 9 AM to 9 PM, I really work very hard. 
And the worse thing happen, I feel my butt start to complaint to me, than gradually worse and worse, and by 9/5/2016 is the worse, so I started to make appointment with my family doctor, and she send me to see the Physical Therapist, but the Physical Therapist need to wait for three weeks before she can see me. So in this three weeks, one of my friends she introduce me to see a Chinese Doctor to do the Acupuncture, I see three weeks and no use. If the pains scale is 10, my worse pain is about 3 in 9/5/2016, and after see the Physical therapist, she asked me to do three kind of exercises, and also three weeks ago I stared to swim everyday, and everyday for one hour, my pain went down very fast from 3.0 worse to now about 1.7, so still feel pain, but less pain now. I feel the swimming cure my pain.  But I caught cold last Wednesday, so I stop swimming.  I never caught cold for 5 years, maybe I went to hot cold hot cold condition to make me catch cold.  I went to jacuzzi for 15 minutes, then swimming on the cold for 30 minutes, then 15 minutes steam room, then 30 minutes swimming again, then Sanuna 15 minutes, my friend told me hot cold hot cold can cure, so I try it for two and half weeks, it did cured me from 3.0 to 1.7 pain index.  But I caught cold so I stopped swimming for 11 days now. 

Wow, I hate my butt when I feel pain, but I love my butt when it is not that pain to me. 
So my situation and symptom may not like you, but I really want to know how to you hit the wall.   

Thank you for your caring. By the way, today I really enjoy Zoe, I had cold, and not able to hold her, but her fake laugh to me really make me feel joyful, and cure my butt pain, what a wonderful world we are.
