Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled RPA Engineer with a strong background in UIPath Business Analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop RPA solutions using UIPath.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows and solutions in UIPath.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for RPA solutions.
• Train and mentor junior team members on RPA best practices and UIPath functionalities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RPA technology.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in UIPath Business Analysis, including process mapping and requirement gathering.
• Proven experience in designing and developing RPA solutions using UIPath.
• Solid understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other RPA tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience in working with cloud based RPA solutions.
