Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled SAP Cloud ALM Specialist to work on configuration, and optimization of SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for cloud and hybrid SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will leverage SAP Cloud ALM to improve system performance, streamline operations, and ensure efficient lifecycle management of SAP applications, including S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and other enterprise systems. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud-based SAP environments and lifecycle management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Cloud ALM Implementation and Configuration:

o Implement and configure SAP Cloud ALM to manage the lifecycle of SAP applications in cloud and hybrid environments.

o Set up and optimize key SAP Cloud ALM functionalities, including Change Management, Test Automation, Deployment Management, and Business Process Monitoring.

2. Lifecycle Management:

o Manage end-to-end application lifecycle processes, from planning and implementation to operations and continuous improvement.

o Ensure efficient change management, release management, and deployment processes for SAP systems.

3. Monitoring and Optimization:

o Use SAP Cloud ALM to monitor system health, performance, and availability in real-time.

o Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and reliability of SAP applications.

4. Integration and Collaboration:

o Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with other SAP solutions such as S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and third-party tools to enhance visibility and streamline operations.

o Collaborate with SAP Basis, functional, and development teams to align ALM solutions with business priorities.

5. Automation and Testing:

o Automate testing processes using SAP Cloud ALM to validate changes and ensure system stability.

o Define and execute test scenarios in collaboration with functional teams.

6. Documentation and Training:

o Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Cloud ALM configurations, workflows, and best practices.

o Provide training and support to stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of SAP Cloud ALM tools and processes.

7. Continuous Improvement:

o Stay updated on advancements in SAP Cloud ALM and recommend upgrades or enhancements to maximize efficiency.

o Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within SAP Cloud ALM workflows.

Qualifications:

Experience:

o 5+ years of experience in SAP systems with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager.

o Experience in managing SAP cloud environments such as S/4HANA Cloud or SAP BTP.

• Technical Skills:

o Expertise in SAP Cloud ALM functionalities such as Change Management, Test Automation, Business Process Monitoring, and Deployment Management etc.

o Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and cloud-based environments.

o Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration with SAP systems.

o Knowledge of monitoring tools like SAP Focused Run, New Relic etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, or SAP Basis.

• Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools for SAP lifecycle management.
