Dear Leo,

As discussed, there still appears to be a lack of clarity around Speechcraft and the Remuneration due to TMCP on this front. At this juncture,  we as Excom feel it, ill-advised to provide support to Eloquence as per the methodology adopted as above. 

The amount should ideally have gone to Eloquence after due consultation with the TMCP Excom and Club Members. We, request you to ensure that this amount is not treated as a contribution by TMCP.

Kindly furnish the details as requested in the mail above. This information is critical for us to have clarity on this subject and answer pertinent questions on this front raised by some of the members. Only after getting this information, would we be able to discuss with members and take a stance on this front.

1. Number of Speechcrafts conducted under the TMCP brand till date and the names of the respective companies/entities for whom it was conducted

2. Remuneration received for each SpeechCraft and the dates on which the amounts were deposited into the TMCP Account (at the rate of 10%)

3. Members involved in each of the Speechcrafts (Lead Trainer and Other Trainers)

4. Does the amount INR 31500/- pertain to one Speechcraft or multiple instances of the same? When was this amount received by TMCP?

5. Any particular reason for the delay in depositing the amounts to the TMCP Account?

6. When was the amount handed over to Eloquence? Before handing over the amount were the Club Members or the Excom at that time consulted? If not, Kindly explain and guide.
7. Is there any guideline laid out in TMCP Bylaws to handle Speechcraft cases? If not, is there any governing document or mail or any written record of what was agreed during the first ever Excom Meet of TMCP? If not, Kindly elucidate the guidelines that have been followed so that the current Excom can review the same.

Please help us with these queries as we need to know these details. We eagerly await for your response and will reach out to the Excom and Members for their concurrence on this gesture, post your response.
